In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) GDPR, we inform you about how we process the personal data of people who contact JTK Investments Group and of bondholders.

2. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process data in order to handle your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, in the case of bondholders, to perform the obligations arising from the Bonds Act and the terms of issue (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
3. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to reply or to exercise the rights attached to the bonds.
4. Retention period
Until the matter is closed, and then for the period required by law or until the limitation period for claims expires.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
