We work on sites of 1 ha or more throughout Poland. For each of them we look for the function that makes the best use of its location: from housing estates and multi-family buildings, through warehouses and production facilities, to hotels and leisure destinations.

We check the location, the legal status, the designation in planning documents, road access and utilities. We assess what function the land can serve and what it takes to achieve it.

Formal preparation
We carry out planning and administrative procedures, land surveys and divisions, and arrangements with utility providers.

Value enhancement
We develop a land use concept and provide road access and utilities. The land becomes ready for investment.
04
Execution or sale
We build on the prepared land ourselves or hand it over to an investor who carries out their own project on it.
